Slim yard sale pickin's -- I guess I shouldn't expect anything else from a blustery first weekend in November on the East Coast?
The price of this sled went from $15 to $8 to $4 in a matter of seconds.
So even though we have a few, it came home with us. Would you have left it behind?
This painting was bought for the frame only, to convert to a chalkboard. It's a very useful rectangular size.
We found this vintage Infant of Prague a little out of our usual yard sale radius, but he was well worth the journey.
He's a good 17 inches high, with only a slightly chipped finger, and a couple of vestment layers.
The outer layer is trimmed with rhinestones.
This one recently sold on ebay for over $1000! It is twice the size of mine though, and it is marked.
But mine is much more detailed than this one, which sold for $200. Anything between those two figures sounds like a good score to me!
I am in love with the religious statues!! Great find!!

Getting the weird vintage goosebumps now -- today I bought a vintage Catholic figurine because it had a red cape and looked Christmas-y and after researching it when I got home, turns out it's an ... Infant of Prague. Your fancy one makes mine look like it's wearing hand-me-downs! :-) Fingers crossed you sell yours for the big money.
