This is our SUV as we headed home from Bouckville. It looks like we have some empty space, but we bought A LOT of smalls so there's more in there than appears at first glance!
Images of my Christmas treasure hunt are up first! I think it went well.
These multi-colored aluminum reflectors were the only items I got from a spendy vendor, but I can never pass them up.
A few strands of mercury glass garland, a couple of tree toppers (love the small aqua one!), and a little box of Shiny Brites.
A tablecloth, some Gurley candles, three bottle brush trees, and two mercury glass birds. They don't have their clips, but I love them anyway.
I got this bundle at the half-off guy. Barbara from Oodles and Oodles got 29 boxes, so I can just point in her direction when Mr. VJIMT gives me a hard time about the Christmas.
He actually spied these napkin ring Santas, so you know he's an enabler. Also pictured is an unopened pack of spun head snowman package tie-ons, and a red and green wood fence.
How adorable is this flocked reindeer? He's quite big, and I bought to re-sell but I think he may need to be the leader of my reindeer army.
I once passed up this same tin lithographed Christmas tree stand at a yard sale. I don't know what I was thinking.
Two is always better than one, especially if the second is red and is decorated with snowmen families! I think I'm going to be using this one for a while.
And the best Christmas find of all? An aluminum tree, possibly two. I was going to sell the pieces individually on ebay, since I didn't want to take the branches out of their sleeves to put it together. Ebay has the plain branches selling from $1-$3, and the pom pom branches (like the 53 I have in the middle of the photo) for $3-$5 each.
Carrie of Junque Magnet bought the whole kit and kaboodle; can't wait to see her repurposed creations!
