Candles, dachshund, candles, dachshund ... just debating which I love more.

One question on the Dachshund... what is the purpose of the 'little yellow pile' below his tail on the board?? ;-) Even the folkartists had warped senses of humour!!! Makes me love it even more!

oh man i LOVE that dachshund! i would have snapped that up in a second!

You sure did good for a "no junking" weekend! Although not vintage, those little fences can be used in so many ways!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Yes, I, too, hate to see the season end. So I dream about the start of the new one.
I don't sew, but I adore handmade, folk art things like your doggy. He is just adorable and fun...great find. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your fammily.

I'm a Gurley girl-- love those candles!

oh oh, how much for the vintage dachshund sewing tool?

I do hate to see the season end...especially when I see finds like yours! I never get used to seeing vintage Christmas...always wonderful eye candy! Have a great Thanksgiving, Gina!

Who doesn't love vintage Christmas?? I sure do!
