Well I'm feeling sorry for all you folks who had stuff flowing from porcelain over the holidays. But I paid my dues on vacation this year when on our 2nd day the rental we were at backed up and started oozing out of the porceelain AND the bathtub. The bathtub!!! Brown!!!!! Smelly!!!! On Easter. At least you'all knew where the stuff originated from, there was just something worse not knowing who had been there before us. Maybe we can pool our experiences and do a book. Far cry from decorating!

it seems like time is truly flying by these days althoug I imagine with plumbing problems, time was crawling for a little while there. Happy New Year!

Oh my gosh, I had a similar flooding problem on Xmas evening. Even had to rip up bdrm carpet...oh well, been wanting to replace the old stuff!
Weather is wonderful right now in central Cali so the yard/estate sales are back!
