That estate sale where I got the Shiny Brites was certainly a little slice of vintage Christmas heaven! Look at what else I found --
These foil ornaments may look good on a certain kitschy silver tree. Or in my Etsy shop!
Plastic icicle ornaments, with poinsettias built right in
More, more, more!
Multi-colored icicles and some sputnik-style retro aluminum ornaments.
Sweet velvety made-in-Japan red reindeer.
And look at these elf and santa tinsel ornaments / tree toppers. I haven't seen the likes of these before -- have you?
Other festive things as well…
Love this little bluebird planter…
A nice bride and groom figurine.
Other miscellaneous things.
Vintage sifter with apple decals.
Very cool Eastman Kodak photography timer.
What a great morning! And although I THOUGHT I hit the mother lode, did you see what Magpie Ethel found? Looks like Christmas heaven from coast to coast!
Linking up with Apron Thrift Girl's Thrift Share Monday.
I love these pics. Your photos always look great. So many great finds. I've linked to this post from my facebook page. :)

OhMGeee!! I have dug through all of my dads things looking for those foil ornaments. I would die for them now. I also have the tre problem, that's why I have 1 green, 1 white and 2 tinsel trees. I love having a different Christmas decade in each room.

Wow! What a haul of fantastic stuff! I really like that sweet bluebird planter and the little vintage red reindeer. Precious!

Great finds! I almost never find vintage Christmas decorations and none of what I have found are as fabulous as those. I collect vintage kitchen stuff and would love to have found a sifter like that.

Those foil ornaments will look fantastic on your tree...and the sputniks too! I love the valentine pot with the bow wielding cherub. It's a good thing you don't also live in Portland. Between you and me and Laurie (Ethel)and Amy (Into Vintage), it would get REALLY ugly.

Good gosh you were in vintage Christmas heaven, weren't you!! You almost need to put your tree up now so you can decide what you want to keep and what you want to sell. :-)
I am in love with the Kodak Photography Timer! My Dad retired from Eastman Kodak. If you decide to sell that, could you let me know what kind of price you have on it? It would be such a neat thing to add to his Christmas gift.... Thank you!

Those sputniks are very sought-after on eBay (unless your heart is set on them decorating your aluminum tree!) If I wake up screaming tonight it will be because I'm being chased by a elf with a foil streamer body.

Oooo! Be still my heart on the vintage Christmas! My most major weakness. I'm liking the photography timer, too.

Love the foil balls. You've had such great luck. What's next, one of those cardboard fireplaces?

Fantastic! I can't pick a favorite because they are all so lovely!

Wah! I almost didn't (as if I couldn't) read this post since I knew I would red & green with envy! Great scores and some really unique things too -- I've never seen those elf & santa tinsel thingys either.
And a whole box of foil ornaments ... wah! :-)

I've got the S&P shakers that match the bluebird planter. Cute, cute!
