The last sale of the week netted us a few good scores. Another pretty tablecloth -- this one pink and featuring dogwood blossoms (I think they’re dogwoods; I am much better at distinguishing vintage than I am at flower identification!).
We hit the jackpot with these three large group photos. I thought they were going on Etsy but they’re already hanging in our hallway.
We think this may be a high school in Philadelphia -- perhaps Mr. VJIMT’s alma mater? -- because of the photography studio’s location. This guy's scowl had nothing to do with our guess! (As a transplanted Philadelphian, I can poke fun at our hometown’s sourpuss reputation.)
The intense man front and center reminds me of a young Marlon Brando. Hey, Stellaaaaa!
And another classroom shot. These little guys look a bit happier.
Of course, I got some more dishes… and more dishes. Spent most of the week photographing some for my Etsy shop, creating another dozen or so with the latest purchases, printing tags for the newcomers, and packing them all up for the next open house extravaganza.
I can see the top of our dining room table for the first time since August!
