Sorry to keep you waiting! I know I promised to show you the "after" of the cubby apothecary we picked up at last week's yard sales, but we had a slight bump in the road this week with an impromptu ER visit. Everyone's fine now, so let's get back to junkin'!
Here's a shot of the "before" --
Gorgeous, right? There's one wayward drawer, but I prefer things not be too perfect. Adds a bit more character, eh?
Had to switch around the missing drawers a few times. And open and close them all for good measure!
Isn't it fabulous? Mr. VJIMT not only has the eye, he has the skills! The ironic thing is, he's been doing this sort of junking, painting, distressing -- for years and years before it was "hot" -- way ahead of his time. The Pioneer Woman may have her Marlboro Man, but I have my Renaissance Man!
Amazing! I would have passed this by. I will have more vision in the future when I think of how great this turned out.

Ok I gotta say I LOVE how your cabinet turned out. I have been debating whether to paint or not to paint a similar cabinet that I have. I think I am leaning towards paint. ;)
